1. To use our ordering system you must have java installed and enabled. You can get the latest version of Java at www.java.com, you will also be prompted to install the plugin if you try to use this upload option before installing it.
    
2. It is recommended to use Firefox with our website and ordering systems.  If you experience problems ordering this is the first thing you should try.
    
3. Go to 'Order>Press Products', a new window or tab will open.  You will see templates for our press printed cards.  Browse the templates until you find the layout for the card you have designed and click on it.
    
4. You will then upload your images by clicking the 'Add photos' button in the 'My photos' section.  Once you have uploaded your images, you just drag and drop them into the template.  Make sure you have sized your images correctly for the template you are using.
    
5. Each template has bleed & fold lines to help you see where your content should be, if your images were sized correctly, you should not be able to move them at all.  If they are not the correct size you can move them side to side and you can also zoom in.  As long as you are happy with the cropping and folds shown by the guides, you do not need to change anything.
    
6. Once you have your images in the template, click next step and continue with the checkout process.
   

Clearing your history and cache:

If you are receiving any error messages or are unable to complete the checkout process, this may be due internet connection issues, file format issues and/or using your browsers back button during checkout.  Once you experience any of these issues you will need to clear your browsers history and cache and start again.  This will remove any saved projects and anything in your shopping cart.
