• Pearl paper has a metallic shimmer to it.  Lighter colors show this effect better and a dark or black background is not recommended, especially on cuts and folds. 
   
• Linen paper is a textured paper with a canvas like texture.  This gives your cards a very unique feel.
   
• Pearl-Linen paper is a combination of 2 great papers.  Now our #1 seller, this paper is great for all card types, folds easily, and can be UV coated.
   
• Pebble paper has a pebble like texture and looks similar to our pro-luster photo paper.  Sure to be popular this coming year!
   
• Watercolor paper has a felt type texture and a soft touch.  If you like linen, but want something different, this may be it.
   
• Recycled Thick Matte is our thickest paper yet (130lb Cover)!  This is the paper you've been waiting for.  Very thick and rigid with a great feel.  Note that their are some darker fibers in this paper as it is recycled.
   
• All double sided and folded cards are printed on cover stock (very thick and durable, 100lb), including our pearl and linen papers.
   
• UV coating is a clear semi-gloss finish that adds a real professional look and feel to your announcement (not like photo glossy paper, as it does not finger print easily).  UV coating will bring out the shimmer with our pearl and pearl-linen papers.  UV coating cannot be written on, so you should not UV coat RSVP cards or any card you plan to write on.  We cannot UV coat linen, watercolor or recycled thick matte papers.

• Custom announcement creation takes 1-2 days.  We do not bill you for the layout until you approve the proof.  Then we will charge you for your entire order before printing anything, Unless you pay for the creation online when you place the order.
   
• Once a proof is approved, it cannot be reprinted for any reason.  Colors on your monitor usually will not match the printed announcement.  We recommend proofing a printed announcement so you know exactly what your announcement will look like (we'll mail one to you for free).
   
• All of our card sizes can be mailed with a regular stamp, including our jumbo cards.  5x5 cards must be mailed in a 5x7 envelope to use standard postage.  5x5 envelopes require non-standard size postage, which is more.  4x5.5 cards are the largest that can be mailed for the standard postcard rate and work great as an RSVP card.
   
• We also offer custom sized cards with multiple folds and odd sizes.  Any custom size card will be charged a $20 setup fee for us to add the cuts and folds for your custom card. 
   
• We can print your mailing list and/or return address on your envelopes for you.  If you want your mailing list printed on your envelopes you will need to provide us with an Excel file (.xls) with your addresses in the correct format.

• CLEAR YOUR CACHE/BROWSING HISTORY BEFORE YOU START ORDERING!  Since our online template system is browser based and the program runs on your computer, it is important that your browser is cleaned up before you start ordering with this system.
   
• If you experience problems using our templates, make sure you have the most current version of Java.  It is also recommended to use Firefox 3.5+ or Google Chrome on a PC and Safari if you are on a Mac.  Recent tests using Google's Chrome browser on a PC were very stable.  Even with lots of text and editing we were unable to get our computer to stall at all.  This may be worth a try if you are struggling with hanging while you are creating your announcement.
   
• Struggling with our ordering systems?  If you are getting stuck while ordering, unable to add photos or continue the checkout process, give us a call at 801-785-7432.  We can show you how to best use our ordering systems.  Once you get your first order to work correctly, subsequent orders are much easier.
   
• If you need to order more than one product at a time you can do this each time you get to your shopping cart.  Once the product is added to the shopping cart, you can close the shopping cart and return to our website to add another product.  Note that you cannot combine standard photo print orders with our gifts/press printed orders, they are two separate systems.

• All designs created by Pro Digital Photos, including custom created designs, are copyrighted by Pro Digital Photos and may be used in marketing, advertising and future announcements.  The copyright may be purchased for $75, which would give you all the original files to use as you wish.
   
• All templates and designs by Pro Digital Photos will have our web address in the card design.  This helps us provide our customers with the best possible prices.  We try to keep the web address small and discreet so it does not detract from your card.  We can remove the web address for 20% of the order total or $50, whichever is less.
