• I just did business with Pro Digital for the first time and had an awesome experience! Amber, who is an employee, provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. She even delivered my invitations to me on her way home from work faster than I expected them to be done. I had shopped around to several different businesses before checking out Pro Digital and the other businesses didn't even compare to the quality, price and customer service that I received at Pro Digital. I can tell that amber definitely enjoys her job and I will be doing business there again as well as telling my friends and family about Pro Digital!

• To whom it may concern, I would like to express my warm appreciation and gratitude to Chris and the team of good people at Pro Digital Photos, for the exceptional work they did and the excellent customer service they provided.
  
  First let me say that I have a heavy accent and a slight speech impediment which makes me a challenging customer. Also, I contacted Pro Digital Photos with a very custom, very specific set of requirements. I needed to print several pictures of high sentimental value to me in a very very specific way. It took me almost 15 minutes to explain what I wanted to get. Chris was the person who took my call. Chris answered all my questions with great patience and professionalism. Every step of the way I could tell that he understood what I was describing and I could tell that he would be able to deliver the very custom job I was describing.
  
  Less than two days after I placed my order I received a polite email telling me that the job was done. Please keep in mind that my requirements were so custom that no one in the Orem/Provo area could deliver it, and here was Pro Digital Photos done with the task in record time. But that was not all: - Pro Digital Photos delivered the package literally to my doorstep! - The items delivered were packaged in the most professional and tasteful manner. - The printouts of the pictures not only met but also exceeded my requirements. -
  
  During my conversation with Chris, seeing that he was understanding what I was describing, I asked him to feel free and get creative. And he did: he sent me an extra set of pictures with some seriously creative flourish. It was spot-on, and really cool work: it was clear Chris had listened to me very carefully and understood not only the details but also the spirit of my requirements. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Chris and to everyone at Pro Digital Photos who was involved in producing this work. • Thank you, Thank you for the prompt and professional printing job on my graduation announcements!  I used some class time at school in my web design class to make my own announcements for my high school graduation.  Part of my credit was to research printing options and to take the project from start to finish on my own.  I am so grateful that Chris called me, at home, to let me know that I had saved my project in a low resolution and would not have been happy with the results.  He even offered to walk me through what needed to be done and let me know I could call him anytime.  Long story short, because of your excellent customer service, Chris, I came away with a great professional looking 5x7 two-sided photo announcement.  How nice to know that people care enough about their jobs and their customers to go the extra mile!  I would have been so upset to have such a special announcement ruined by not knowing what I did wrong.

• I just received my PhotoBook this morning and I want to tell you how pleased I am with the end result! I have used Apples book with iPhoto before. I have tried Shutterfly and Walgreens, they were no competition. Your software has so many more features and options. It couldn't be better, and is very stable & compatible with the Mac, (I use Leopard 10.5.5) It was done professionally; top quality paper, shipped in a timely fashion, the staff was very professional and courteous on the phone at order time, and the software is very intuitive and professionally done! I have many more books in mind that I want to make in the near future. You now have a steady customer!
